Welcome to Our Community School Page!

Mrs. DeFontes is our Community School Facilitator, who works to connect our school, families, and community partners to resources and opportunities that support our students and families.

Community Schools bring schools and communities together to help meet the needs of the whole child and create a stronger, more connected school community.

Please visit this page for updates, resources, upcoming events, and information about how our Community School program supports Fullerton Elementary School and our community.
